Mercantile Trust is an independently owned specialist lender in buy to let mortgages and bridging loans and is a part of the Norfolk Capital Group of Companies that have been providing loans for over 25 years.
We aim to help everyone, our clients include people with excellent credit profiles, to people with adverse, poor or even bad credit profiles. We approach each client’s case without judgement and endeavour to provide the best outcome possible.

What we do
We work directly with borrowers as well as 3rd party intermediaries to provide the best financial solution for the customer. Each application is considered on its own individual merits and we pride ourselves on exceeding expectations and customer satisfaction.
We offer good sense and sound judgement in all matters. Mercantile Trust is a direct lender and, as such we do not charge broker fees, we are also able to lend to clients with complex needs.
